Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The officers must be people willing and ready to function effectively in any of the departments/units of company.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • First degree (2:1 minimum) in Economics or any Social Science discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience in a structured organization
  • Experience in Real Estate industry will be an advantage
  • Demonstrable leadership skills and ability to co-ordinate and manage human and other assets of the company
  • Analytical mind and proactive attitude to evaluate, review and implement company policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of the domestic economy
  • Mature, self-motivated, fast learner and team player
  • Ability to plan, think and act strategically;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT proficient (MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Membership of a professional body or a recognised professional certificate will be an added advantage.
  • Not more than 35 years
