Job Description

Management in store customer service / experience to achieve sales and service goals of the Branch while customer satisfaction .

Key roles and responsibilities

 Participate in customer sales / financial investigations.
 Assess the needs of clients and provide advice on the products required .
 Cross sell banking products to existing / potential customers.
 Facilitate the account opening process (rm awarded and accounts branch)
 Prepare weekly reports on issues and services in the accounts of the open branch
 acquisition support and developing relationships with clients through referrals
 Identify other business opportunities and even refer to the relevant departments within the bank
 Support the PFC in sales and office management front office
 Handling of complaints and resolution

Qualifications and skills

• At least a 2nd class degree in a relevant course .
• Good communication and interpersonal skills .
• Support role is expected to have some knowledge and experience in providing a range of products to meet customer needs, but it is unlikely to have full knowledge and experience to provide all the bank consumer products
