Management in store customer service / experience to achieve sales and service goals of the Branch while customer satisfaction .
Key roles and responsibilities
Participate in customer sales / financial investigations.
Assess the needs of clients and provide advice on the products required .
Cross sell banking products to existing / potential customers.
Facilitate the account opening process (rm awarded and accounts branch)
Prepare weekly reports on issues and services in the accounts of the open branch
acquisition support and developing relationships with clients through referrals
Identify other business opportunities and even refer to the relevant departments within the bank
Support the PFC in sales and office management front office
Handling of complaints and resolution
Qualifications and skills
• At least a 2nd class degree in a relevant course .
• Good communication and interpersonal skills .
• Support role is expected to have some knowledge and experience in providing a range of products to meet customer needs, but it is unlikely to have full knowledge and experience to provide all the bank consumer products
