Vacancy Position: Sales and Marketing Officer

Job Description
The successful candidate will execute product sales and marketing activities in line with Company’s business development guide lines and periodic budgets, so as to continually achieve growth in client base and Company revenue targets.

Basic Duties

  • Contribute to and prepare periodic marketing plans with the Head of Department, in line with sales targets.
  • Deliver presentations and demos to prospective clients so as to create product awareness.
  • Prepare product proposals according to Company and client Required Skill and Qualification.
  • Effectively manage the Company’s customer database.
  • Implement proper training of clients on desired products/services, according to the user manual guidelines to aid proper software usage.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing the technical vision and leading all aspects of the Company’s technology development in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all technology services and software architecture activities. An intrinsic part of this will be to develop policies and procedures for the Information Technology Department, ensuring that they are consistent with the Company’s objectives.

Basic Duties

  • Facilitate the development of on-demand and custom software to take advantage of opportunities in the market place,
  • Set strategic and operational targets in line with the corporate objectives and cascade these strategies to the software team in order to optimise Company resources.
  • Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of the Company’s integrated software and other enterprise wide applications.

  • Implement all web projects from conception to completion while adhering to the brand standards.

Job Description

The successful candidate will develop and manage all Payment and Collection solutions including Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) in line with the strategic goals, objectives and short-term plans of the Company; in order to deliver efficient solutions to clients profitably and meet revenue targets.

Basic Duties

  • Develop payment and collection solutions from end-to-end (conception, development maintenance and evolution) in line with agreed goals and objectives.
  • Gather and analyse data and information on potential customers, competitors and market segments, in line with business Required Skill and Qualification to gain insights into current and future opportunities.
  • Secure partnerships with OEMs and product development teams and develop customised solutions in line with the Company’s and clients’ Required Skill and Qualification.
  • Develop briefing documents for payment and collection solutions, and IGR, which would be executed, in line with strategic timelines and production schedules, with the aim of achieving high quality documentation and maintain both current and future product solutions.
  • Lead technical client evaluations, system implementations and maintenance, in line with approved Service Level Agreements, with the aim of efficiently managing client relationships and contract negotiations.
  • Prepare SLAs in collaboration with other team leads and in line with business Required Skill and Qualification, with the aim of achieving operational efficiency and timeliness in products and service delivery.

Required Skill and Qualification

  • A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics Engineering. A master’s degree in Science or an MBA will be an advantage,
  • Professional membership of NIM. ISMN, CPN, NCS, NIMN will also be an advantage.
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ cognate experience in a similar role in an ICT company/financial institution.
  • Sound knowledge of International ICT Business Operations.
  • Sound knowledge of the Public Sector and IGR of the various levels of Government.
  • Excellent networking skills, particularly relationship- building, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
