We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Lagos

Key Elements of the Role

  • Report to the Administrative Officer
  • Support the Administrative Officer to achieve departmental objectives
  • Receive and direct telephone calls and relay conversation and pertinent messages, while maintaining accuracy, clarity and confidentiality
  • Function as the receiver of official documents and important mail addressed to the department
  • Maintain records and keep track office supplies
  • Ensure general organisation and general tidiness of the department
  • Ensure the proper filing of pertinent documents
  • Perform active participation in meetings and take down relevant notes during the process

Desired Skills & Experience

  • OND in Business Administration or any relevant discipline
  • 2 years relevant experience working in the same capacity
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Must possess strong analytical skill
  • Strong administrative and organizational skill
  • Excellent interpersonal skill
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills like Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience with Accounting Software Packages is an advantage
