A reputable Financial Institution, currently seek applications from suitably qualified candidate to fill the vacant position below:
Job Title: HR Payroll Officer
- Administer and coordinate most functions in the Human Resources department with emphasis on HR/Payroll workflow, payroll-related data entry, new hire set-up, and administrative support.
- Perform a variety of HR & Payroll functions, projects, administrative, and receptionist duties.
- Assist with auditing of various payroll data entry (contracts, timesheets…).
- Filing and managing payroll files storage.
- Assist with monthly payroll computation.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- B.Sc. or HND in any relevant discipline.
- Calm temperament, smart.
- Excellent use of Microsoft office (Excel).
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an HR Officer.
- Payroll experience is compulsory.
