Job Title: HR Payroll Officer
Job Summary

  • Administer and coordinate most functions in the Human Resources department with emphasis on HR/Payroll workflow, payroll-related data entry, new hire set-up, and administrative support.
  • Perform a variety of HR & Payroll functions, projects, administrative, and receptionist duties.


  • Assist with auditing of various payroll data entry (contracts, timesheets…).
  • Filing and managing payroll files storage.
  • Assist with monthly payroll computation.
  • Other related duties as assigned.


  • B.Sc. or HND in any relevant discipline.
  • Calm temperament, smart.
  • Excellent use of Microsoft office (Excel).
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an HR Officer.
  • Payroll experience is compulsory.
