REQUIREMENTS:

–           HND/BSC/BSC or its equivalent in related field

–          At least 12 years’ experience in oil and gas industry

–          Skills are typical acquired through completion of undergraduate degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or similar field

–          – revenue scope typically in the range of $75 to $150M

RESPONSIBILITIES

–          Under broad direction, optimizes account potential by directing activity of the account team

–          Maximizes and sustain profitability of the client and market penetration/share by matching the total array of the company’s technical, commercial and operational capabilities to the client’s needs

–          develops working relationship with client’s management

–          identifies and accesses resources required to serve clients domestic and international current and future needs

–          is an integral member of the BD team

REQUIREMENTS:

–           HND/BSC/BSC or its equivalent in related field

–          At least 7 years’ experience in oil and gas industry

–          Skills are typically acquired through high school diploma or similar education

–          Licensure to drive commercial vehicles may be requires

–          Ability to influence team and customer

–          Good decision making skills under adverse conditions

–          Ability to communicate with team and customers to affect knowledge transfer rate to Job opportunity plans, calculations, well parameters, specific hazards, environmental issues, quality service, equipment etc. related to the job

RESPONSIBILITIES

–          Under general supervision, provides supervision, coordinates and oversees high profile and or complex

–          Surface well test jobs with multiple testing and subsea product service lines working at the well sites, providing excellent customer service relations at the worksite during well testing or other type operations

–          May require supervision of non-Halliburton employees

–          Will be required to mentor all junior personnel in area of expertise and perform additional Job opportunity task of a competency assessor and behavior based safety observer or coach within the SWT group

REQUIREMENTS:

–           HND/BSC/BSC or its equivalent in related field

–          At least 7 years’ experience in oil and gas industry

–          Functional working knowledge and experience in landmark software EDM/open wells is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

–          Under general leadership, serves as the in house leader of the Halliburton multiple product service line well construction and completions well site teams

–          Serves as the champion for HES and the customer’s health, safety and environmental regulations, expectations and guidelines

–          Responsible for overall  multi PSL project execution and serves as point of  contact for the customer’s project team

–          Communicates project activities with HES personnel assigned to the project both on location and in the district office

–          Coordinates delivery of HES and third party equipment and services to the well site

–          Verifies equipment received at the well site is in accordance with documented specifications and requirements

–          Evaluate PSL operational performance and applicability of technology offerings

  1. 6.      SERVICE SUPERVISOR

REQUIREMENTS:

–           HND/BSC/BSC or its equivalent in related field

–          At least 7 years’ experience in oil and gas industry

RESPONSIBILITIES:

–          Under general supervision, serves as leader of the Halliburton energy service multiple product service line well site team

–          Serves as champion for HES and the customer health, safety and environment regulations and guideline

–          Responsible for overall project execution at well site and perform Job opportunity specific calculation

–          Conducts an inspection of equipment for damage  during transportation

–          Attend pre project planning meetings, facilitates SAFETY meeting prior to the start of any activity, completes daily projects reports and forwards to PSL service coordinators and project engineers

–          Resolves cross PSL issues and conduct post project and forward s to PSL service coordinators and project engineers

–          Maintain latest version of project procedures and assures that all HES personnel are working from the latest version

–          must have successfully met all competency requirements for the coord-intg solutions, well site, II position and promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness and complies with all applicable safety and environmental regulations and guidelines

  1. FIELD SERVICE QUALITY COORDINATOR

REQUIREMENTS:

–           HND/BSC/BSC or its equivalent in related field

–          At least 7 years’ experience in oil and gas industry

RESPONSIBILITIES

–          Promotes service excellence and customer satisfaction by providing training and guidance to individuals engaged in well site service work

–          Reviews performance data to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement

–          Promotes the use of HMS and encourages safety and service quality

–          Monitors on site field performance assessment survey

–          Champions the implementation of new technology within product service line

–          Assists employees with HR development and HR issues

–          Investigates accident, injuries, incidents within assigned PSL

–          Coordinates the hiring process for assigned PSL in concert with HR

  1. TECHNICAL ADVISOR

REQUIREMENTS:

–           HND/BSC/BSC or its equivalent in related field

–          At least 10 years’ experience in oil and gas industry

RESPONSIBILITIES

–          Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating engineering efforts in drilling operations in office/field operations

–          Provides engineering expertise to external customers

–          Negotiates critical and  controversial issues with top level engineers and officers of other organizations and companies

–          Performs advisory and consulting work for the organization as a recognized authority from broad program areas or in intensely specialized area

–          of considerable novelty and importance

–          Has expert knowledge of cementing operations and engineering

–          Skills typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in petroleum engineering and at least 10 to 15 years’ experience in oil field

–          Completion of a graduate degree in petroleum or equivalent preferred
